Your main goal will be to significantly increase our market share in the construction sector. You will be the driving force behind our growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. The objective is to retain our existing customers while attracting new partners, thus ensuring increased sales performance and optimal customer satisfaction. You will actively contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets, ensuring a strong and recognized presence of our brand in the market.
On a daily basis, your role will involve actively prospecting new clients in the construction sector, identifying key decision-makers and promising projects. You will present and promote our range of metal and steel products, tailoring your approach to the specific needs of each contact. Negotiating contracts and closing sales will be part of your responsibilities, as will rigorous follow-up of customer relationships after the sale to ensure their full satisfaction. Market and sector analysis will also be an important task to identify market trends and innovation opportunities.

Required profile :
The ideal path for this position starts with a solid Bachelor's degree. We favor degrees obtained in the fields of commerce, sales, or export. A deep understanding of sales techniques and commercial strategies is essential to excel in this role.
1 to 5 years of professional experience is required. This background should have allowed you to develop strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to negotiate and close sales, ideally in a similar commercial environment. Experience in the metal, steel, or construction sector would be a significant advantage, allowing you to quickly understand the technical and commercial challenges specific to these fields.
To succeed in this position, several skills are essential. Excellent communication and proven negotiation skills are paramount. You must be autonomous, organized, and highly proactive to effectively manage your client portfolio and achieve your goals. Good knowledge of the construction market and the metal industry is a definite plus. Proficiency in computer tools, especially CRM software, will make your daily work easier.
