As an Operations Manager, your role will be central to optimizing our operational processes. It will involve ensuring the efficiency, safety, and profitability of all activities under your responsibility. Your main tasks will include daily supervision of operations, ensuring compliance with the strictest quality and safety standards. Budget management for the departments under your responsibility, cost monitoring, and seeking profitability levers will also be at the heart of your duties. Implementing and monitoring action plans to improve overall performance will be essential.

To excel in this role, a higher education level, such as a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher, is required. A solid academic background in the field of energy and environment is fundamental to understanding the technical and operational challenges related to our business.

We are seeking a professional with significant experience of 3 to 5 years in similar positions. This period should have allowed you to develop in-depth expertise in operations management and a thorough understanding of production cycles in the industrial sector.

• Establish the schedule and ensure monitoring of work and services for FM and energy & environmental efficiency
• Control the quality of work and services performed
• Manage the team of technicians and agents
• Participate in the development of your team
• Prepare various deliverables and reporting related to FM & Energy & Environment activities
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health rules and the group's HSE
• Manage supplies of spare parts, consumables, and subcontracted services.
• Ensure client relationship management
• Participate in the business development efforts for the operational scope
