To strengthen its Commercial Department, Bank Assafa is recruiting for the position of Account Manager in the city of Rabat, who will be responsible for:
- Welcoming customers and managing daily operations.
- Processing counter operations (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, currency exchange...)
- Handling the opening and closing of the day's work.
- Managing the branch's customer portfolio and marketing the bank's products,
- Handling the opening and closing of the day's work.
- Guiding customers to the appropriate department based on their needs and contributing to the achievement of the branch's objectives.
Required profile :
Holder of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a university, business school, or other (BAC+3);
- Fluent in French, both spoken and written;
- Good listening and analytical skills;
- Good knowledge of banking products and services, especially participatory products.
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to adapt and learn;
- Time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to manage stress.
