Your main tasks as a Service Desk Technician will be:
• Resolve customers' technical incidents;
• Manage user requests (calls + emails);
• Maintain communication between different support levels;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service and respect the group's contractual commitments and security standards.

Training and experience :
• Education level: Bac+2/3 in IT / Networks;
• Professional experience level: experience in a similar role is highly valued.
Behavioral Competencies : Customer and service orientation, autonomy, and ability to manage stress.
Technical Competencies :
• General knowledge in customer relationship management;
• Ability to detect, process, and resolve Level 1 technical incidents;
• Good command of Windows 8 and 10, MS Office suite, and Outlook.
