Job :
Reporting to the General Management, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Your duties will be detailed as follows:
- Follow international import purchasing operations;
- Respect purchasing initiation procedures;
- Enter orders in Sage X3;
- Check and compare supplier offers;
- Consult service providers and optimize international transport;
- Prepare customs clearance files;
- Follow up on goods reception;
- Report information to department managers;
- Propose technical or IT solutions to continuously improve work.
Required profile :
- Age: 27 to 35 years old
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) minimum
- Proven experience in import purchasing, ideally in the distribution sector
- Good knowledge of purchasing management tools, with basic knowledge of SAGE X3 software desirable
- Residing in the Nouaceur area or its immediate surroundings is highly desired:
