Main Mission:
The VSE Animator plays a key role in the management, monitoring, and optimization of VSE commercial activities within the ARRAWAJ Foundation. They ensure the control, monitoring, and support of agencies to guarantee optimal performance and quality of service to clients.
Responsibilities and Activities:
- Management and validation of VSE files.
- Management of weekly disbursement forecasts to optimize the achievement of production objectives.
- Monitoring of performance and commercial animation.
- Implementation of field commercial actions.
- Monitoring of achievements and analysis of agency performance.
- Development, distribution, and monitoring of the digital prospecting file to optimize conversion.
- Handling of complaints and monitoring of resolutions.
- Processing of solvency report requests for clients and guarantors.
- Monitoring of VSE staffing in agencies lacking personnel and coordination of appropriate solutions.
- Support for new agencies in their ramp-up and monitoring of their integration.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac + 3) minimum in management, economics, or finance.
- 2 years of experience in the service sector (banking/insurance), preferably in microfinance, with field experience to understand the entrepreneurial realities of the VSE segment.
- Good command of financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Sense of organization and rigor in file follow-up.
- Skills in customer relationship management and complaint handling.
- Proficiency in IT tools and tracking spreadsheets (Excel, CRM, internal tools).
- Initiative and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
