Senior Director, Field Marketing – Americas 

Senior Director of Americas Field Marketing leads the strategy and execution of regional demand generation, pipeline growth, and sales and partner alignment across the Americas, including US, Canada and LATAM. The focus of the role is to build on the company’s position in these markets and support the overall growth of the business. The role requires an experienced marketing leader with a proven track record in developing and driving plans and programs that deliver business results, a data-driven marketer well versed in account based-marketing and skilled in leveraging AI, and a strong collaborator. 

 
What makes this role interesting?

This is a strategic, highly visible role that sits at the center of strategy and execution, leading regional marketing efforts in the Americas, including North America and Latin America.  You will serve as a trusted advisor and key contributor to the Americas Sales leadership team as well as the voice of the field back into Qlik’s Global Marketing Organization.   

This role requires an experienced, data driven, modern marketing leader that builds influence and partners well cross functionally, leverages data, AI and technology in how they work, is well rounded in demand generation, Account Based Marketing (ABM), partner marketing and has experience across a range of marketing disciplines and tactics such as email marketing, social media, events, webinars, content and more. 
 
Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

·      Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive Americas field marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals and regional priorities to drive targeted account engagement, pipeline creation, and revenue growth.  
·      GTM Alignment: Partner closely with Sales, Partner and Customer Success leadership to support regional go-to-market plans in North America and Latin America.  
·      Integrated Marketing Plan, including Account Based Marketing (ABM):  Evaluate regional market needs and develop a comprehensive integrated marketing plan designed drive account engagement that results in customer expansion, renewals and new logo lands, leveraging a combination of global and regional marketing programs and tactics. 
·      Partner Marketing: Collaborate with partners across Qlik’s ecosystem, including Strategic Tech Alliances, Global System Integrators (GSIs) and the channel to execute joint go-to-market initiatives to support the Americas GTM.  This role also oversees regional MDF. 
·      Team Management and Development: Coach, develop and manage a team of marketing professionals across multiple time zones. 
·      Budget Management: Manage regional marketing budget responsibly and effectively, optimizing all investments for business impact. 

 
We’re looking for a teammate with:

·      10+ years of experience in software/technology sales and marketing, including 5+ years of management experience 
·      A proven track record of superior accomplishments within tech companies, ideally in the enterprise software space. 
·      Proven ability to drive influence and impact in a fast-paced, global matrixed organization. 
·      Ability to build trust and influence cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Partners, with the ability to operate at multiple levels to drive strategy and execution. 
·      Strong understanding of the modern B2B buying cycle and marketing strategies to support short term and long-term demand and revenue growth  
·      Experience driving demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies with the ability to execute 
·      Experience with modern marketing and sales tech stack, including the use of tools such as 6Sense, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Asana, Databook, Salesloft, Salesforce, Canva and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Anthropic Claude 
· Data-driven and results-oriented: leverages analytics tools and insights (Qlik or equivalent) to evaluate and optimize program performance and ROI

Salary and Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $206,930.00 USD MIN – $258,660.00MAX per year. This position is eligible for a bonus of 25% under the Company’s corporate bonus plan.] Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. 

This position is eligible for comprehensive benefits, including - but not limited to - medical, dental, and vision coverage life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, paid parental / maternity leave, participation in a 401(k) program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
