Job :


Coordinate and supervise all activities related to patient care.





Ensure the follow-up, control, and validation of care files (mutual insurance, private insurance, private organizations)





Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal and contractual requirements.





Manage relations and coordination with insurance organizations and approved partners.





Collaborate with the different departments of BAF and recovery.





Prepare activity reports and dashboards related to PEC files.





Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of care management processes.






Required profile :


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent diploma


  • Significant experience in patient care management within a healthcare facility (essential)


  • Excellent knowledge of the care process and third-party payers (organizations, insurance, and mutual insurance companies..)


  • Proficiency in computer tools and hospital management software (desired)


  • Good interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and persuasion abilities


  • Rigor, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
