The Role of Restaurant Chef:



We currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative Restaurant Chef to join our Four Seasons Hotel RabatKasrAl Bahr team in Morocco!




As a Chef de Cuisine, youare responsible formanaging the day-to-day operation in your Outlet. And taking over all responsibilities of the Executive Sous Chef duringhis /her absence, striving for the highest possible Guest satisfaction. Plan, organize, control, and direct the work of employees in the Kitchen Department responsible for food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency. Prepareall,food items per guest orderin accordance withproduction requirements and quality standards whilemaintaininga safe, sanitary work environment.




Our Ideal Restaurant candidate will have:



 Kitchenexpertiseand will have a special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of culinary standards consistently andensuringthat our food offering is at the center of our guest experience. You should have a wealth of culinary experience in luxury resorts, a desire to focus on the development of our team and a creativeflair;bringing yourpersonal touchand energy to all our food and beverage experiences.




You will naturally also be a charismatic, nurturing, and inspiring leader with a strong passion forpeoplewelfare and development. You will be the Cultural Advocate of the GoldenRule;creating great workplaces for all great people to deliver great experiences.




Fluency in French, Arabic and English isa mustfor this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
