The Coca-Cola Company is on the lookout for adynamic and seasonedDirector, PACS - Public Policy & Sustainability to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do for Us:



  • Develop and execute strategic planspertaining topublic policy, government affairs,stakeholder managementand sustainability-relatedprograms andinitiatives within theregions.



  • Represent The Coca-Cola Company as a primary contact for public affairs and policy discussions.



  • Support toidentify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities that mayimpactthe business performance or company reputation in their region.



  • Proactive monitoring of NGO’s,activists,socio-economic developments,and political developments toidentifytrends with implications to the business. 



  • Lead ouradvocacyefforts andengagementswithand build coalitions withexternal stakeholders, including government officials,industryassociations,communityleadersand media partners, to advocate for or against and advance policies and programs thatsupport our business goals in collaboration with our Public Policy and Sustainability system teams  



  • Manage the company’s response to fiscal policies and regulatory requirements.



  • Drive sustainability commercialization/value creationinitiatives that align with our brand values and business goals.



  • Overseeourresponsiblemarketingpolicies andstrategies to upstand our commitment.



  • Ensurecross-functional and system-wide alignment tooptimizethe use of resources and maximize the impact of public affairs, government relations, communications, and sustainability plans.



Requirements & Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree 



  • At least 10years of relevantexperience, ideally in senior roles with responsibility in public policy, government affairs, publicrelationswithin a global corporation.




  • Demonstrated effectiveness in leading strategic engagement, stakeholdermanagementand advocacyefforts with variousstakeholders.



  • Anunderstanding of sustainability program management,includingcommercializing sustainability initiatives.



  • Comprehensive knowledge of fiscal, regulatory, and public affairs management.



  • Leadership skills, with the ability toinfluence and implement strategies across operational units, functions, or services.



  • Proficiencyin technology enabled tools or AI with the ability to adopt them in public affairs management.



  • Confident decision-maker with experience managingwider-impactprograms, vendors, and resources spanning multiple functions and operational units.



  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
