Déclaration de mission de l'entreprise
Join us at Orange Business!
We are a network and digital integrator that understands the entire value chain of the digital world, freeing our customers to focus on the strategic initiatives that shape their business.
Every day, you will collaborate with a team dedicated to providing consistent, sustainable global solutions, no matter where our customers operate. With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.
À propos du rôle
Orange Business is launching the Master Catalog project to unify and govern its product and services data across all group entities. As a Product Data Specialist, you will build the business foundations that make this program a success - formalising data rules, running domain workshops, and ensuring data readiness before and during platform implementation. Prior exposure to MDM is a plus; what matters most is your ability to structure complex business needs and drive cross-functional alignment.
This role is not about operating a platform - it's about building the business and data foundations that will make platform selection and implementation a success
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery by aligning stakeholders, managing scope, risks and timelines, and ensuring execution, governance, and measurable business impact.
- Run structured workshops with business domains (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT/Network, Legal) to collect and formalise data requirements, rules and use cases
- Build the data governance framework from scratch: data ownership, business glossary, validation rules and lifecycle management
- Feed the architecture team's platform selection process with qualified business requirements: data domains, matching & merging rules, data quality criteria
- Assess vendor proposals against documented business needs and contribute to platform evaluation from a functional standpoint
- Build and maintain a catalogue of representative data scenarios and test cases for platform demonstrations
- Ensure data readiness across group entities (Current Co & New Co) ahead of platform implementation
- Produce data quality KPIs and dashboards for steering bodies (Steerco, Program Committee)
What We Offer
- A founding role on a greenfield program - you will shape the governance framework before any platform exists
- A key contributor to platform selection: your formalised requirements will feed directly into the architecture team's RFP work
- Cross-domain exposure spanning Finance, HR, Procurement, IT/Network and Legal
- A strategic Data & AI team, competitive package and strong internal growth opportunities
À propos de vous
Required Profile
Core skills required
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in data management, information systems, business IT or equivalent
- 5 to 6 years of experience in Data and/or AI, with a strong focus on data, business analysis or data quality
- Proven experience running structured cross-functional projects, workshops and translating outputs into formal requirements
- Experience with data quality and/or cataloguing tools (Collibra, Alation, Talend DQor equivalent)
- Strong communication skills - able to engage both business and technical audiences
- Full professional proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with data governance concepts (data ownership, golden record, data lineage) - recommended
- Knowledge of the telecom/B2B product & services landscape - recommended
- Experience contributing to an RFP or vendor selection process - would be a plus
- Knowledge of TM Forum standards (TMF620, SID/eTOM) - would be a plus
You bring rigor, passion for challenges, and determination. You seek the opportunity to expand your expertise, achieve your goals, and thrive.
