Exempt, Grade 12 - Corporate Incentive Program (CIP) eligible
Entry level degreed role whose primary purpose is to provide support for District to ensure treatment chemicals and equipment are used effectively, economically and safely at small to medium size accounts within the District. Assist with growth opportunities within existing customers and prospects.
- Provide routine service visits and testing to ensure safe and effective Pulp & Paper and Water treatment programs
- Look for growth opportunities and work closely with customers in defined territory to understand business needs and recommend plans that will grow sales within assigned territory
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Engineering)
EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years of successful technical service, technical sales, including internships
- Train customers on safe equipment use, Safety Data Sheets, cleaning procedures, and product information Prospect for potential new customers and turn this into increased business;
- Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities / sales funnel;
- Research and build relationships with new markets
- Manage existing business, deliver plans on sales and profits
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships;
- Arrange and lead internal and external client debriefs
- Install equipment following Standard Operating Procedures.
- Conduct routine visits and maintain existing customer equipment in working conditions.
