Job Description

• Create 3D designs of parts and sub-assemblies (plastic, sheet metal, mechanical)
• Produce the 2D drawings (functional dimensioning, tolerances)
• Ensure compliance with design rules (DFM, DFA)
• Managing packaging and multi-material integration
• Participate in design reviews
• Follow the technical changes (ECR/ECO)
• Collaborating with:
• calculation/simulation teams
• quality
• industrialization
• suppliers
• Ensuring data consistency in PLM tools
• Verify the technical and industrial feasibility

Desired Candidate Profile

Bac+5 (engineering school or master's degree)

• Experienced CAD Designer in mechanical design, specializing in 3D/2D modeling and product integration, working on industrial projects (automotive, railway, aeronautical or equipment).
• The candidate masters CAD tools and design constraints to deliver robust, industrializable solutions that meet customer requirements.
• My mastery of one or more CAD tools:
• CATIA V5 / V6
• CREO
• NX (Siemens)
• Strong skills in:
• mechanical design
• plastic design (injection)
• design t the
• Good knowledge of:
• ISO/GD&T rating
• chains of ribs

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes:
• plastic injection
