Roles & Responsibilities

Ensures the Cost Efficiency and supply capability in the area of responsibility (On Time In Full Order execution)

Guarantees the quality performance, the planned production outcomes and on time delivery

Coordinates with VCM the production planning within area of responsibility

Guarantees timely preparation and implementation of the production plan

Serves as operational contact point to the CSO/CTO/COO areas

Prepares operational reports about the production progress

Ensures introduction of quality standards and the LEONI Operating System

Ensures even distribution of the production and the right utilization of the equipment and manufacturing resources

Supports as required RFQ/ New project implementations

Provides input and follows up for processes optimizations direct and indirect as well

Leads the continuous improvement activities within the area of responsibility together with OPEX team

Assumes responsibility for the defined KPI's with daily / weekly /monthly follow up and implements necessary countermeasures and escalation. (e.g.

KOSU, KATA)

Identifies cost reduction potential in the production areas

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years experience in automotive industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English B2
