Roles & Responsibilities

Ensures the Cost Efficiency and supply capability in the area of responsibility (On Time In Full Order execution)

• Guarantees the quality performance, the planned production outcomes and on time delivery
• Coordinates with VCM the production planning within area of responsibility
• Guarantees timely preparation and implementation of the production plan
• Serves as operational contact point to the CSO/CTO/COO areas
• Prepares operational reports about the production progress
• Ensures introduction of quality standards and the LEONI Operating System
• Ensures even distribution of the production and the right utilization of the equipment and manufacturing resources
• Supports as required RFQ/ New project implementations
• Provides input and follows up for processes optimizations direct and indirect as well
• Leads the continuous improvement activities within the area of responsibility together with OPEX team
• Assumes responsibility for the defined KPI's with daily / weekly /monthly follow up and implements necessary countermeasures and escalation. (e.g.
• KOSU, KATA)
• Identifies cost reduction potential in the production areas

Desired Candidate Profile

Master s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years experience in automotive industry

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English B2
