In this fast-paced, guest-facing role, you ll manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and respond to guest enquiries with professionalism and care. You ll be the go-to for local insights, sharing recommendations and ensuring each guest experiences the magic of Moroccan hospitality and the best of Marrakesh.

You ll be someone who works well in a customer focused environment, can manage multiple tasks with ease, and bring a positive, professional approach to every interaction. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Marrakech, Morocco.

Desired Candidate Profile

Some of the experience you ll bring with you may include:

• 2+ years experience working in a hotel/riad in a polyvalent receptionist or guest services role handling different operational aspects of a Riad

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft office and other booking systems

• Fluency in French, Arabic, and English

• Organised with the ability to multitask and work in a high pressure environment

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly attitude

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
