Job Description
Our multinational company is recruiting Spanish-speaking customer service representatives to answer customer service calls.
Within a young and dynamic team, your mission will be:
- Advise and recommend to clients the solutions that best suit their interests;
- Ensure the management of customer accounts;
- Provide basic technical assistance.

Desired profile
A very good command of the language in which it is applied, both oral and written;
- A minimum level of education of at least a bachelor's degree;
- Prior experience in customer relations is highly desirable;
- A commercial spirit combined with a strong ability to suggest;
- Interpersonal communication skills; - A customer-oriented attitude (Smile, courtesy, empathy, ability to listen until the end without interrupting the customer).

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Call Center experience a plus
- Answers inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently achieves call quality score goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
