Job Description

Our multinational company is recruiting Spanish-speaking customer service representatives to answer customer service calls.
Within a young and dynamic team, your mission will be:

  • Advise and recommend to clients the solutions that best suit their interests;
  • Ensure the management of customer accounts;
  • Provide basic technical assistance.

Desired profile


A very good command of the language in which it is applied, both oral and written;

  • A minimum level of education of at least a bachelor's degree;
  • Prior experience in customer relations is highly desirable;
  • A commercial spirit combined with a strong ability to suggest;
  • Interpersonal communication skills; - A customer-oriented attitude (Smile, courtesy, empathy, ability to listen until the end without interrupting the customer).

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Call Center experience a plus
  • Answers inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently achieves call quality score goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
