Job opening: Customer Support Representative Logistics (Dutch speaking, 100% remote) Casablanca.

- Providing excellent customer support in Dutch and English via telephone, email, or chat.
- Handling questions regarding shipments, delivery times, and logistics processes.
- Collaborate with internal logistics and operational teams to solve problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and case details.
- Adhere to Foundever's quality standards by providing professional, accurate, and customer-oriented communication.
Main responsibilities
Search profile:
- Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics support is a plus.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fully remote, full-time work environment.
- Knowledge of logistics systems or CRM tools is an advantage.
