Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the implementation and respect of the group s recruitment strategy
  • Manage, coach, and support a team of recruitment officers
  • Source and identify suitable candidates based on business needs and job requirements
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external stakeholders (agencies, schools, training centers, etc.)
  • Oversee the creation and publication of job postings (internal & external channels)
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Conduct pre-screening and selection processes (CV screening, phone interviews, etc.)
  • Organize and facilitate individual and group recruitment sessions
  • Propose relevant evaluation methods and ensure quality of hires
  • Monitor recruitment activity and ensure proper tracking of applications
  • Analyze recruitment KPIs and dashboards to optimize performance
  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and archiving of recruitment data

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile

  • Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hiring role or a similar role
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality
