Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general services activities (facility maintenance, logistics, fleet management, supplies, and security)
- Manage business travel administration (bookings, compliance with travel policy, cost tracking and optimization)
- Manage external service providers (service quality, contract management, cost optimization)
- Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities (costs, timelines, employee experience)
- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and ensure regular reporting
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in management, logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization
- Structured, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of service
- Ability to challenge existing practices and propose practical improvements
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in managing service providers
