Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the management of ESS, you will be responsible for the overall management (teams and activities) of ESS and will ensure the performance of the teams serving the SMAC agencies in France.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage the entire activity (15 employees in the pricing department, 5 in the methods department, 16 in accounts payable), contributing to its growth in human resources (recruitment) and skills (team expertise)
• Managing and developing multidisciplinary teams, with a particular focus on the cost estimating and methods departments
• To guarantee the quality, deadlines and reliability of services provided to French agencies
• Prioritizing and balancing workloads, in conjunction with French agencies
• Develop a strong partnership relationship with French agencies
• To ensure the economic management of the entity (budget, productivity, profitability)
• Represent ESS within the group and participate in strategic discussions

A position with a strong international dimension. As a key interface between Morocco and France, you play a central role in coordinating teams and managing intercultural issues.

A strategic challenge: To make ESS a high-performing, recognized service center fully integrated into the development of SMAC.

Desired Candidate Profile

With a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +3/5) or an Engineering degree in Building or Civil Engineering, you have at least 3 years of successful experience in building envelope systems (waterproofing, roofing, cladding, facades). You also have proven experience in the construction industry (cost estimating, methods).

You possess strong, recognized technical knowledge as well as excellent interpersonal skills and a keen sense of customer relations, which will be real assets for this position.

Possessing natural leadership and a strong sense of responsibility, you have demonstrated genuine managerial and arbitration skills. Your excellent communication skills allow you to thrive in demanding and changing environments.
