Roles & Responsibilities

Conception et int gration de modules e-Learning :

• Develop interactive and dynamic modules using Articulate Storyline, respecting the pedagogical and technical specifications.
• Integrate multimedia content (texts, images, videos, animations, quizzes) to make learning paths engaging.
• Adapt the modules to SCORM/xAPI standards for optimal compatibility with LMS (Learning Management System) platforms.

Collaboration with teaching teams:

• Working closely with instructional designers, graphic designers and industry experts to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in content reviews and suggest improvements to optimize the user experience.
• Ensure the graphic and ergonomic consistency of the modules with the visual charter of the company or the client.

Tests et optimisation :

• Perform functional and technical tests to guarantee the quality of the modules (browser compatibility, responsive design, accessibility).
• Fix bugs and make adjustments based on user feedback or changes in content.
• Document the integration processes and train teams on the use of Storyline tools if necessary.

Technology watch :

• Keeping informed about new features of Articulate Storyline and trends in digital learning (microlearning, gamification, virtual reality, etc.).
• Propose innovations to enrich the training offer (e.g., integration of interactive videos, branching scenarios, etc.).

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical expertise:

• Required mastery: Articulate Storyline (recent versions), Articulate Rise (a plus).
• Additional skills:
• Knowledge of e-Learning Standards (SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI, AICC).
• Experience with other authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Lectora, etc.) or video/audio editing software (a plus).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator) and ergonomics (UI/UX).
• Capacit utiliser des LMS (Moodle, Cornerstone, 360Learning, etc.).
• Languages: Basic knowledge of HTML5/CSS/JavaScript for advanced customizations.
