Roles & Responsibilities

Ensures the Quality Management Activities during samples and pre-production phases

Ensures the validation and release of production area and equipment, is responsible for approval of the new equipment

Ensures the control of non-conforming products

Leads and/or coaches implementation of corrective/preventive actions for internal and external failures

Responsible for elaboration and follow-up of a Quality Improvement Plan to reach the Targets

Participates on daily basis on the Quality Meeting with production (Line QRQC)

Is authorized to stop production and/or dispatch to mitigate risks of non-conforming processes/products

Desired Candidate Profile

Level of Education: Engineer/ Master's degree

Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent

Experience : 4 years experience in the automotive industry

Language : French and English are mandatory

Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork

Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique
