Responsibilities / essential functions:

- Responsible for the sale of upgrades on the DI installed base.
- Develop, coordinate and organize marketing events for product promotion
- Prospect with the help of local teams and know its product range, its market, to adapt the best commercial strategy.
- Provide technical and clinical expertise during the sales process in the FA sector.
- Provide clinical demonstrations to customers and provide clinical training on how to use these new features sold
- Facilitate coordination with customers, local account teams, supply chain, modality managers and the European CoE
- Analysis of clinical needs and definition of the program expressed by clinicians
- Define and order the required configurations according to customer specificities
- Have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework.
- Be able to solve customer problems in situations requiring perfect commercial mastery and discernment in accordance with established procedures.
- Work closely with the sales team in the area, particularly from the point of view of communication and compliance with the commercial strategy.
- Understand the main internal operational mechanisms and communication tools with the sales and application teams.
- Promote excellence in customer training in accordance with the equipment contract commitment and maximize quality while optimizing costs.
- Act as data quality guardian in tools and process compliance.
- Develop training programs with the application team in the IB's clinical excellence programs for our customers and lead the sales service and application collaboration in the FA network.
Qualifications / Required Experiences :
- Bac+4 / Bac+5 diploma with similar experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and French.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a team spirit.
- Contribute to commercial success through solid clinical and technical expertise - In-depth knowledge of medical imaging.
- Experience as a radiographer or sales experience as a product specialist in the healthcare sector (radiology) would be suitable for this role - Strong affinity with clinical training
- Ability to prospect its sales territory and work independently.
- Successful experience in the sale of medical equipment and ideally a good knowledge of the medical imaging market. For this customer-facing role, the candidate must be able to develop strong customer relationships and communicate effectively with the local application engineers and technicians team.
