Roles & Responsibilities

Managing operations:
- Ensure the overall management and strategic direction of the establishment, and support all departments in achieving operational objectives.
- Optimize the profitability of the establishment and ensure rigorous financial management.
- Guarantee full compliance with operational procedures and legislation in all areas of activity.

Building and developing your team:
- Actively participate in the recruitment process to select the best candidates for the establishment.
- Promote employee engagement and encourage a collaborative and inclusive environment where everyone is invited to contribute.
- Develop strong relationships within the local community.

Developing a service culture:
- Maintaining high standards of product and service quality to exceed customer expectations.
- Promoting the brand and ensuring the consistent implementation and application of all brand standards and fundamentals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in hospitality, management, business, or a related field.
Significant experience in management roles within the hospitality industry, ideally in the luxury segment.
Strong operational and financial management expertise.
Strong results orientation with an excellent ability to grow revenue.
Proven leadership and ability to unite, inspire, and develop multicultural teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities with agility.
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
Good understanding of brand standards and the requirements of the luxury hotel market.
