Roles & Responsibilities
Main missions
As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for:
- Business development
- Identify, prospect and convert new clients (advertisers, media agencies, advertising networks, etc.)
- Develop business proposals tailored to the client's needs
- Participating in calls for tenders
- Sales management
- Follow the sales cycle from start to finish (negotiation, closing, campaign follow-up)
- Collaborating with the adoption, creative, and account management teams to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Market monitoring & expertise
- Monitor programmatic market trends and usage patterns in the Africa/MENA/diaspora regions
- Participate in trade shows, events and webinars related to our verticals
Desired profile
- Proven experience of 2-5 years in selling digital advertising solutions (agency, media buying agency, trading desk...)
- Excellent understanding of programmatic issues, data, and audience planning
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and a knack for closing deals
- Interest in African and diasporic markets, or multicultural marketing
- Proficient in the following tools: Google Ads, DV360, Adform, SSP/DSP, CRM, PowerPoint
