Roles & Responsibilities

Within our project teams, you will act as the Quality Lead for wiring harnesses , managing quality activities on high-stakes industrial projects with significant technical, economic, and customer requirements. You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, closely collaborating with development, quality, purchasing, industrialization, and supplier teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Your mission:

Project management, quality, beams

  • Define the scope of beam quality (cost reduction, standardization, design simplification).
  • Identify, analyze and quantify the levers for quality, cost and performance gains.
  • Define, plan and organize the skills and resources necessary for the development of project deliverables / Work Package.
  • To operationally and technically lead your Work Package team (development managers, business managers, designers, etc.).
  • Ensure hierarchical and operational reporting (A3, WP dashboards, project quality reviews).
  • Identify the technical and project risks within your scope and define the associated risk mitigation plans.
  • Build and manage the Work Package schedule in line with client, business and project schedules.
  • establish, disseminate and manage QCDP indicators and negotiate quality objectives with the client.

Technical Expertise & Beam Quality

Organize and manage your scope to achieve the objectives: Performance, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Weight, Diversity, Time. > Manage the forecasting of harness services (sealing, weight, noise, geometry, safety, ergonomics, fitability, water management, homologation). > Ensure technical monitoring and knowledge capitalization in your area of ​​expertise. > Analyze and validate the quality and technical impacts of product modifications. > Manage the creation of 3D and/or 2D definitions and their formalization for harnesses. > Manage the design and industrialization of supplier solutions, guaranteeing quality compliance. > Manage ECR/ECO and ensure product configuration. > Contribute to the purchasing process (tender documents, industry opinions, risk analyses) and ensure synthesis with the purchasing teams. > Manage quality convergence within your scope during the industrial phase. and guarantee the achievement of customer objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree ( Bac+5) from an engineering school or university in quality, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent. Proven experience in project management and harness quality within a demanding industrial environment. Solid mastery of QCDP processes, product development, and quality tools (A3, risk analysis, problem-solving). Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and in client/supplier interfaces. Rigor, leadership, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
