Roles & Responsibilities

As the Junior Master Data Specialist you will:

• Help to streamline the Data support process, ticket transparency and customer UX in maintaining central Master Data (Business Partners, SKUs, pricing))
• Setting and delivering of KPIs, and SLAs as agreed with the Business Data Team Leader
• Adherence and reinforcement of the group ERP projects Finance and IS Data Governance policies
• Building strong relationship with country data stewards and country functional teams
• Collaborate and communicate with Back End Tools teams (NetSuite, SAP) and colleagues to facilitate Data support and maintenance tasks
• Assist in the cleansing, translation, and migration of data so it can be effectively moved between ERP systems.
• Understand the usage and consumption of Data in the Companies chosen ERP
• Curate standard set of data migration templates, and country specific migration templates.
• Assistance with periodic pricing updates (many systems)

Personality & Skills

• Experience in International ERP Data Management and projects.
• Data Management, Data security and compliance experience
• Experience working in a multicultural team with remote management
• Good personal computer and business solutions software skills.
• High level understanding of Trading (order processing, logistic, invoicing) and Accounting processes.
• Expertise on CRM, OTC, P2P,R2R, AP/AR, GL
• Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills required.
• Strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written).
• Capable of managing multiple objectives simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, requiring minimal direct supervision.
• Experience in IT Distribution or Supply Chain industry is a plus.
• SQL basics knowledge is a plus

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal Junior Master Data Specialist will have:

• Bachelor / Master s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience handling Data requests and Data Migration for user base in excess of 1000 in ERP & CRM Setups.
• ERP Data Steward Experience is mandatory 3 years in maintaining Master Data (SAP and/or NetSuite appreciated)
• English, French fluency is a must. Written Arabic skills also a must have
