Roles & Responsibilities
You will be involved in the run and level 3 support, while actively participating in the stabilization and optimization of the infrastructures.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure the daily operation of system environments, virtualization, storage and backup
- Handling complex incidents (Level 3 support)
- Ensuring continuity of backups, restores and replications (Veeam)
- Administer and monitor Nutanix and SAN/NAS infrastructures
- Managing Microsoft environments: Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP
- Provide patch management via ManageEngine
- Maintain and enhance the technical documentation
- Contributing to skills transfer and skills development within teams
Technical environment:
- Virtualization: Nutanix (AHV)
- Systems: Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- Backup: Veeam Backup & Replication
- Patch Management: ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus
- Microsoft services: AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile:
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in systems and infrastructure
- Excellent mastery of hybrid environments
- Ability to manage critical incidents independently
- Rigour, a sense of service and team spirit
