Network and Telecommunications Technician
Missions
The Production Agent provides technical support via the hotline and ensures the operational follow-up of fiber optic connection interventions. In direct contact with field technicians and clients, he/she ensures the quality of service and the proper coordination of operations.
Main T's
- Supporting and assisting field technicians through the management of incoming calls (hotline).
- Organize and schedule client appointments via outbound calls.
- Perform the qualification of files in the d dis s tools.
- Manage customer complaints by offering quick and appropriate solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in technical helpdesk or customer support
- Basic technical knowledge of fiber optic (FTTH) connections
- Ideally, a first experience in the field of telecommunications
- Excellent oral communication skills in French
- Customer relationship skills
- Responsiveness, organizational skills, flexibility
- Desired knowledge of operator tools (SFR)
- Team spirit and ability to manage emergencies
