Responsibilities
- Manage HR administrative processes including visa applications, official correspondence, and government-related documentation
- Own data entry and maintenance across local and global HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding follow-up
- Coordinate with external vendors to arrange bookings and ensure smooth logistics
- Generate reports and data extracts from HR systems to support decision-making and reporting needs
- Proactively identify operational issues and escalate with proposed solutions
Desired Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in HR administration and recruitment, ideally within a multinational or industrial environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and with a sense of initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence interacting across all levels of the organisation
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office; fluency in French and English is required
