Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the Company's HSEQ Policies and procedures to comply with legal and Jotun HSEQ Management System.

• Follow up and maintain necessary documentation.

• Assist the implementation of the HSEQ management system by working closely with the Element Owners.

• Contribute and coordinate HSEQ projects within specific specialist areas to achieve demonstrable results

• Maintain and improve the HSEQ, ISO system documents, ensuring audits and actions are carried out as required to maintain the company's accreditation to the standards

• Deliver HSEQ training to develop employee awareness.

Desired Candidate Profile

What We Look For

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in an HSEQ or quality management role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Solid knowledge of ISO and ISO 45001 standards, with hands-on experience in audits, documentation, and corrective action follow-up
• Familiar with local occupational health and safety regulations and able to ensure ongoing legal compliance
• Comfortable delivering safety training and driving HSEQ awareness across all levels of the organization
• Fluent in Arabic; French & English
