Roles & Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO?

• Responding to Requests for Quotes (RFQ) by scrubbing, cleansing and amending the RFQ with pricing & costing information incl. troubleshooting while ensuring SLA's are being met

• Validating proper request documentation and communication back to the requestor in case additional information is required

• Managing and expanding where needed both the ERP system as well as the customized solution for semi-automated RFQ processing

• Reviewing, maintaining and updating the process documentation based on supplier updates or internal configuration changes

• Reviewing, maintaining and updating the system setup where needed for seamless linkage with the centralized data center

• Monitoring operational reports and system alerts, acting appropriately

• Providing timely issue escalation and proactive communication to management and impacted stakeholders

• Updating and refreshing the underlying data structure for better matching results

• Learning constantly by attending various trainings

WHO YOU ARE?

• You are advanced in excel and have some previous experience working with other ERP systems

• SQL skills are highly desirable for the position

• You are fluent in English. Really, this is the "must have"

• You communicate clearly

• You are comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone

Desired Candidate Profile

You are advanced in excel and have some previous experience working with other ERP systems
