About the Role

Major Accountabilities

~Engage with medical professionals (MEs) and educate them on medical/scientific information

~ Ensure appropriate identification/mapping of MEs/major accounts, including identifying opportunities to involve MEs when specific medical needs are identified for support provision.

~Develop and implement engagement plans with medical professionals and work with them to determine effective priorities in line with national strategies.

~Respond to unsolicited information requests from MEs

~ ~Support Novartis' clinical research programs, optimize clinical trials, support field research in conjunction with clinical operations, and provide education in scientific fields.

~Facilitate the investigator-initiated trial (IIT) process at the request of the principal investigator

~ Serve as a field source of medical information

~ Report technical complaints/adverse events/special cases related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt

~ Distribute marketing samples (where applicable)

~Lead their scientific engagement with medical professionals, implement clinical and educational strategies, and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries.
