Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise the storage, preparation and distribution operations of components.
Guarantee the reliability of stocks and ensure a high level of accuracy and completeness.
Optimize the organization of storage areas and logistics flows.
Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO and traceability rules.
Managing rolling and annual inventories.
Analyze stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Supervise the physical and IT receipt of goods.
Ensure the handling of emergencies and critical parts.
Supervise the dispatch of customer and inter-site orders.
Track store KPIs
Implement continuous improvement plans.
Participate in internal and client audits.
Ensure compliance with Lean and 5S standards.
Supervise the store, receiving and shipping teams.
Organize priorities and workload.
D. Develop skills and ensure versatility.
Facilitate daily operational meetings.
Ensure compliance with HSE rules.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac + 5 option industrial engineering/logistics, with 8 years of experience in the supply chain including 4 years as a store supervisor within an industrial structure preferably in the aeronautical or automotive field.
