Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise operations and ensure service excellence across the entire national scope;
- Manage large and heterogeneous teams spread across several sites;
- Ensure operational and financial performance management;
- Develop a results-oriented, quality and customer satisfaction culture;
- Manage relationships with institutional partners and strategic stakeholders;
- Support transformation and development projects;
- Guarantee compliance with standards of conformity, safety and quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Higher education (MBA, engineering school, business, finance, management or equivalent);
- Minimum 10 years of experience in management positions;
- Proven experience in multi-site management and leading large teams (ideally +300 employees);
- Background in the services, BPO, hospitality or complex operational environments sectors;
- Strong skills in management, performance management and project management;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy and leadership;
- Ability to thrive in demanding environments with a strong human dimension.
