Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Glovo, you will be on the front lines, driving our growth in Morocco. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and signing up the best local specialty partners ( Bakeries, Butcheries, Sweets ect..) , becoming a key representative of our sales team and a vital part of our city's success.


THE JOURNEY


Seal partnerships with the best leads, always aligned with the company’s goals

As owner of Glovo’s revenue, ensure all deals meet the required profitability in your country

Build long-term partnerships and ensure a fast and smooth onboarding process for restaurant partners

Keep your pipeline updated daily, with a focus on specialities partners  as the primary acquisition target

Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference

Conduct regular field trips to visit t prospects (pitching, negotiating, closing deals)

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, with a strong focus on the food and restaurant industry

Key contacts within the restaurant industry are a plus

Full professional level in the local language and fluency in English and French is a must

A hunter mentality – always striving to exceed targets and drive growth

A relentless drive to make the impossible happen

Strong familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and a fast learner

Desired Candidate Profile
