Roles & Responsibilities
The language course pedagogical coordinator will be responsible for:
Ensuring quality at peripheral sites
Organize learner placement and level tests
Conducting classroom observations and ensuring follow-up (assessment, teacher support)
Maintain up-to-date pedagogical references and ensure their harmonization within the team.
Managing quality based on the IFM Quality Framework
Handle learner complaints, oversee the processing of learner complaints, and implement corrective actions.
Organize the center's activities
Coordinate course sessions (groups, levels, schedules, rooms, teacher assignments)
Supervise registrations and ensure the smooth running of the start of the academic year.
Coordinate any potential annexes on the periphery
Managing replacements and monitoring absences
Contribute to the organization of Open Days (JPO), Language and Culture Bridges (PLC) and educational events
To lead and develop the teaching team
Participate in the recruitment and ensure the integration of new teachers
to collaborate with the RCDL and implement the continuing education plan; to support the team's digital transition
Ensuring the proper use of AEC, our course management software, by teachers
Facilitating pedagogical meetings: harmonizing learning progressions, methods, and reference materials
Motivate, inform and mobilize the team around the center's project
Supervising interns
Designing and developing the educational offering
To understand and listen to the needs of the public and the evolution of offers on the market
Designing competency frameworks and developing assessment materials and tools
Innovate, propose and develop new formats: workshops, professional French (FOS), digital tools, etc., in order to contribute to the attractiveness of the CDL
Coordinate learner assessments and prepare end-of-session reports
Establishing language/culture bridges
Contributing to the dynamics of the IFM network
Actively participate in the pedagogical meetings of the network of French Institutes in Morocco
Contributing to network projects: pooling resources, shared training, promoting certifications
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Evening availability for classroom observations
. Weekend work: the activity takes place from Wednesday to Sunday.
Driving licence required: Some teaching sites and partners may be far from the institute, requiring significant mobility.
Participation in IFM network meetings and events (occasional travel).
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with other services: communications, administration, reception, etc.
PROFILE
Education
Diploma in French as a Foreign Language (Bac+5) or equivalent
DELF/DALF examiner-marker qualification preferred
Perfect command of the French language (spoken, read, written)
All references are subject to verification.
Minimum 3 years of experience
teaching French as a Foreign Language (FLE) or French for Specific Purposes (FOS).
Experience in pedagogical coordination, team leadership or management.
Experience in teacher training is
a plus. Experience in developing courses for businesses (B2B) or in instructional design is an asset.
Knowledge
of French as a Foreign Language (FLE/FOS) methodologies and instructional design;
DELF/DALF/TCF certifications and their organization;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, online collaborative tools and digital learning platforms;
A taste for innovation;
Use of digital technology in the classroom, the contribution of AI in a teaching context
