Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Defines, develops and adjusts the Request for Quotation (RfQ) and the detailed production concept in accordance with LOS until the end of the project (GW10 - GW70).
  • Interfaces with the production calculation team during the RfQ phase to align production-related data (e.g., Capex, E3 efficiency, ramp-up costs, etc.) with the Business Plan (BP).
  • Consults the capacity planning expert to identify the most recent equipment available and to best optimize investment planning (Capex).
  • Coordinates and plans the release of the RfQ and the detailed production concept.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma in Engineering or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • Proven experience in industrial planning, production engineering, or industrial project management.
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment implementation, and capacity planning.
  • Mastery of financial concepts related to industrial investments (Capex), ramp-up costs, and productivity optimization.
