Notre expertise s’étend notamment à la data, à l’intelligence artificielle, au Cloud, ainsi qu’à l’ensemble des préoccupations majeures de nos clients : l’expérience opérationnelle, l’expérience employé, l’expérience client et la confiance.

Au sein de la Direction Marketing, le département Communication occupe un rôle stratégique dans la valorisation de nos expertises clés, tant en communication interne qu’externe. La création et la mise en avant de références clients, internes comme externes, sont essentielles pour soutenir la croissance de nos activités et renforcer notre positionnement.

Missions principales

Votre mission principale sera de rédiger et enrichir des fiches références clients pour Digital Services France, afin d’alimenter notre outil interne Expresso, qui recense l’ensemble des références clients. Pour se faire vous serez amené(e) à :

• Interviewer les commerciaux pour comprendre les enjeux clients et recueillir leurs témoignages
• Reformuler, challenger et structurer ces informations pour valoriser nos références
• Développer des storytelling impactant pour illustrer nos réussites
• Participer à la création de supports marketing (présentations, brochures, etc.)
• Soutenir ponctuellement d’autres projets de l’équipe Communication

Profil recherché

Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles : capacité à reformuler, synthétiser, et structurer l’information de manière claire et impactante.

Créativité et sens graphique : aptitude à concevoir des supports visuellement attractifs et à développer des storytelling captivants.

Aisance relationnelle : Capacités relationnelles et sens du travail en équipe et transverse

Esprit d’analyse et de challenge : aptitude à comprendre les enjeux clients, à reformuler et à valoriser les témoignages pour renforcer la crédibilité des références.

Autonomie et organisation : capacité à gérer plusieurs missions de manière proactive tout en respectant les délais.

Maîtrise des outils digitaux : aisance avec PowerPoint, la suite bureautique et l’environnement digital pour la création de supports et la gestion de l’information.
