As Industrialization Test Engineer, you will act as a key interface between R&D and Manufacturing, taking ownership of electrical validation and test strategy to strengthen the autonomy of our Casablanca site.
You will play a critical role in bringing new products from design to mass production by defining and deploying testing capabilities locally, reducing dependency on external validation sites, and ensuring a robust and efficient industrialization process.
This position is at the crossroads of electrical engineering, product validation, and industrialization, within a fast-growing and international environment.
What you’ll do: Electrical Design & Product Definition
- Define electrical architecture and specifications of PDU (Power Distribution Unit) products;
- Specify wiring, connectors, terminals, breakers, and overall electrical integration;
- Contribute to System Requirement Specifications (SRS);
- Ensure consistency between mechanical and electrical design.
Product Validation & Testing
- Define, plan and execute product validation strategies (DVT);
- Develop and perform electrical and thermal testing;
- Analyze test results and ensure product compliance with specifications;
- Identify risks early and propose corrective actions.
Test Strategy & Industrialization
- Define and implement test strategies from prototype to serial production;
- Design and specify test benches, tooling, and validation means;
- Lead the transfer of testing activities from R&D to manufacturing;
- Ensure products are designed for testability and industrial efficiency.
Cross-functional & International Collaboration
- Work closely with: Mechanical engineering teams (local)/Production & industrial teams/International stakeholders (France, China, others);
- Coordinate with suppliers (especially in Asia) for components and validation;
- Contribute to a global development environment with distributed expertise.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Electrical Engineering/Electronic Engineering/Electromechanical Engineering (with strong electrical focus);
- 3+ years of experience in: Industrial environment (manufacturing, validation, or industrialization)/Product testing or validation.
Skills: Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge in: Electrical and/or electronic systems/Product testing (electrical, thermal)
- Experience in: Test bench / tooling definition and development/Product industrialization processes;
- Ability to: Define test specifications and strategies/Understand systems end-to-end (not siloed expertise).
- Basic understanding of firmware or embedded environments (nice to have).
Soft skills
