Roles & Responsibilities

Lead .NET development activities, ensuring the quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
Actively participate in technical design and architectural choices.
Mentor and support team developers, particularly junior profiles.
Challenge business teams and Business Analysts on functional and technical aspects.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to define requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Ensure code review, performance optimization, and the application of best development practices.
Implement and monitor DevOps practices (CI/CD, unit testing, industrialization).
Produce and maintain rigorous technical documentation (SDD, architecture documents, technical specifications, etc.).
Conduct continuous technological monitoring of the .NET ecosystem and modern architectures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired profile:

• Computer Engineering degree or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in .NET development
• Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Tech Lead / .NET Lead
• Excellent command of C#, ASP.NET, MVC and Web API
• Excellent command of microservices architectures
• Solid experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in Git, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
• Good knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure / AWS)
• Ability to design robust, high-performance and scalable solutions
• Strong technical rigor and a keen sense of documentation
• Excellent communication and technical leadership
• Knowledge of the banking and financial sector is essential.
