Job Description
As a Sales Executive at Glovo, you will be on the front lines, driving our growth in Morocco. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and signing up the best local specialty partners ( Bakeries, Butcheries, Sweets ect..) , becoming a key representative of our sales team and a vital part of our city's success.
THE JOURNEY
- Drive partner acquisition across Fes by consistently converting high-potential leads into active and healthy partners
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach and pitching to negotiation, closing, onboarding, and activation
- Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and act as a trusted advisor throughout the onboarding journey
- Ensure newly signed partners become active on the platform and generate sustainable order growth
- Maintain a highly organized pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of activities, opportunities, and deal progression
- Conduct daily prospecting activities including cold calling, field visits, and follow-ups with restaurant partners
- Be proactive and resourceful in identifying new opportunities through social media, local networks, referrals, and on-ground prospecting when needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or customer-facing roles; experience within food delivery, hospitality, or the restaurant industry is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A highly energetic and resilient profile with a strong “hunter” mentality
- Comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting prospects and building local market knowledge
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage pipelines and priorities effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus
- Fluent in French, Arabic, and English
- Based in Fes or possessing strong knowledge of the Fes market and neighborhoods is highly preferred
