Roles & Responsibilities

THE JOURNEY

  • Drive partner acquisition across Fes by consistently converting high-potential leads into active and healthy partners
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach and pitching to negotiation, closing, onboarding, and activation
  • Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and act as a trusted advisor throughout the onboarding journey
  • Ensure newly signed partners become active on the platform and generate sustainable order growth
  • Maintain a highly organized pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of activities, opportunities, and deal progression
  • Conduct daily prospecting activities including cold calling, field visits, and follow-ups with restaurant partners
  • Be proactive and resourceful in identifying new opportunities through social media, local networks, referrals, and on-ground prospecting when needed

Desired Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or customer-facing roles; experience within food delivery, hospitality, or the restaurant industry is a plus

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A highly energetic and resilient profile with a strong hunter mentality
  • Comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting prospects and building local market knowledge
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage pipelines and priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus
  • Fluent in French, Arabic, and English
  • Based in Fes or possessing strong knowledge of the Fes market and neighborhoods is highly preferred
