Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Deployment of the commercial strategy: Design and implement an action plan aligned with economic objectives and macro/micro trends.
- Active prospecting: Identify and engage new clients via calls, professional networks, events, and partnerships.
- Needs analysis: Understand the expectations of the local market in terms of commercial information and propose suitable solutions.
- Promotion of Business Information solutions: Highlight URBA360 and the em>Quality Label financial excellence certification as levers of performance and trust.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Ensure the achievement of objectives, negotiate and finalize contracts, and monitor customer satisfaction.
- Competitive intelligence: Analyze competitor actions to adjust the strategy accordingly.
- Digitalization: Master Coface tools (Icon/URBA, Broker Portal, EL Portal, Cofanet, EDM).
- Quality of service: Ensure the achievement of KPIs and optimize the integration of commercial information.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 3 - 5 years in B2B commercial development or business development, with a focus on the Maghreb region market.
- Relationship: Strong ability to establish and maintain trusting relationships.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a keen sense of interpersonal skills.
- Customer orientation: Ability to understand customer needs and associate them with our solutions.
- Motivation and tenacity, with a proactive and results-oriented spirit.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel tools for reporting and analysis.
