Roles & Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities:
- Strategic and Budgetary Management: You will manage the financial strategy, lead the budgeting process, and provide strategic financial advice to management. You will establish and maintain performance dashboards to monitor the organization's results and financial health.
- Compliance, Audit, and Risk: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all financial statements, as well as regulatory compliance. You will be required to develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks and oversee internal controls and external audit processes.
- Finance and Organizational Development Team Management: You will lead the finance teams, including the billing and collections functions. You will establish clear departmental protocols and optimize administrative processes to improve the organization's agility and performance.
- Reporting and consolidation: You are responsible for overseeing the production of the Group's monthly reports and semi-annual consolidation files in accordance with established standards.
- Treasury management: You will oversee the management of cash flows and maintain strategic relationships with partners (Customers, Suppliers, Bank...) in order to optimize liquidity.
- Implementation of cross-functional projects: You will successfully manage the projects launched by the Group in accordance with the established deadlines and performance standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: A master's level degree in management, economics or finance (for example, DSCG, master's in financial management or in management accounting) is required.
Expertise: Solid and proven experience in general accounting and management accounting, combined with confirmed skills in financial risk analysis, is essential.
Professional qualities: Candidates must demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks according to strategic imperatives.
Technical skills: Proficiency in digital software and modern management technologies is mandatory.
Languages: Proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write and communicate technical documents, is required for collaboration with European subsidiaries.
