Roles & Responsibilities
Context :
As part of a transformation program for the Finance Department (IFRS 17/9 scope, digitalization, Procure-to-Pay, reporting, closing) of our client, we are looking for a PMO to support the scoping, management and cross-functional coordination of the program.
- Duration: 12 months, renewable
- Location: Casablanca, Morocco
- Start date: ASAP
Main tasks:
- Perform a diagnostic of the Finance processes and map the flows
- Contribute to the roadmap and framework of the streams
- Structuring governance, facilitating meetings and producing supporting documents (RACI matrix, reports, follow-ups)
- Build and maintain the consolidated master plan, track milestones and deliverables
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and alerts
- Coordinate the Finance, IT, third-party and service provider teams
- Ensure progress reporting (KPIs, dashboards)
- Supporting the teams on the operational side (workshops, formalizing needs)
- Participate in change management initiatives and skills transfer
Search profile:
- Master's degree (business school, engineering school, university) in Finance, Audit, Project Management or Transformation
- Proven experience in PMO of complex programs
- Experience in Finance Transformation (insurance or financial sector strongly preferred)
- Excellent mastery of office and management tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools)
