Roles & Responsibilities

Context :

As part of a transformation program for the Finance Department (IFRS 17/9 scope, digitalization, Procure-to-Pay, reporting, closing) of our client, we are looking for a PMO to support the scoping, management and cross-functional coordination of the program.

  • Duration: 12 months, renewable
  • Location: Casablanca, Morocco
  • Start date: ASAP

Main tasks:

  • Perform a diagnostic of the Finance processes and map the flows
  • Contribute to the roadmap and framework of the streams
  • Structuring governance, facilitating meetings and producing supporting documents (RACI matrix, reports, follow-ups)
  • Build and maintain the consolidated master plan, track milestones and deliverables
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and alerts
  • Coordinate the Finance, IT, third-party and service provider teams
  • Ensure progress reporting (KPIs, dashboards)
  • Supporting the teams on the operational side (workshops, formalizing needs)
  • Participate in change management initiatives and skills transfer

Search profile:

  • Master's degree (business school, engineering school, university) in Finance, Audit, Project Management or Transformation
  • Proven experience in PMO of complex programs
  • Experience in Finance Transformation (insurance or financial sector strongly preferred)
  • Excellent mastery of office and management tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools)
