Job Description
As we strengthen our presence in the information market, we are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to help us develop our pipeline and support our growth in the Moroccan and African markets.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a key role in our sales process by qualifying leads and conducting prospecting activities to identify new business opportunities.
Main responsibilities:
- Deployment of the commercial strategy: Design and implement an action plan aligned with macro/micro economic objectives and trends.
- Active prospecting: Identify and engage new clients through calls, professional networks, events and partnerships.
- Needs analysis: Understand the expectations of the local market regarding commercial information and propose suitable solutions.
- Promoting Business Information solutions: Highlighting URBA360 and the Quality Label financial excellence certification as levers for performance and trust.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Ensuring objectives are met, negotiating and finalizing contracts, and monitoring customer satisfaction.
- Competitive intelligence: Analyze competitors' actions in order to adjust strategy accordingly.
- Digitalisation: Mastering Coface tools (Icon/URBA, Broker Portal, EL Portal, Cofanet, EDM).
- Quality of service: Ensure the achievement of KPIs and optimize the integration of business information.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Experience : 3-5 years in B2B sales development or business development, with a focus on the Maghreb region market.
- Interpersonal skills : Strong ability to establish and maintain trusting relationships.
- Communication : Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong sense of interpersonal skills.
- Customer focus : Ability to understand customer needs and match them with our solutions.
- Motivation and tenacity, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset .
- Technical skills : Proficiency in Excel tools for reporting and analysis.
