Roles & Responsibilities
Head of Diversity and Social Inclusion
Mission and Responsibilities:
- To initiate and lead all social action projects or programs
- To lead and implement initiatives aimed at promoting diversity in all its forms (gender, age, disability, origin, etc.) while fostering the development of social and inclusive projects.
- To actively contribute to making the company a fair, ethical and socially responsible environment.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of SCM's social policy.
- To conduct all social activities.
- Define and implement a diversity & inclusion strategy consistent with the company's values.
- To foster and develop relationships with social partners and external social organizations.
- To be proactive in integrating inclusion issues into all HR dimensions (recruitment, mobility, training).
- Promoting diversity, preventing discrimination and professional equality within the company.
- Implement awareness-raising actions, practices and procedures that promote inclusion.
- To train and raise awareness among all managers about the challenges of diversity.
- Ensure fairness in recruitment, promotion, and compensation processes.
- Prepare the annual budget for events and social activities.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of diversity and inclusion actions.
- Respect and enforce the Sews Cabind Morocco Code of Ethics
- Respect and enforce the HSE norms and standards in force at Sews Cabind Morocco
- Striving for excellence at all levels, by committing to and leading colleagues and collaborators in a process of continuous improvement

u>Qualification :
BAC +5, Master's degree in HR / Business Management / Social Law or equivalent.
u>Exp rience :
You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive industry.
Experience focused on managing social relationships would be a valuable asset.
